This hotel sets a remarkably high standard considering the price. I was truly impressed. The view from the window was a highlight. The receptionist was incredibly kind, and their helpful recommendations made my stay much more enjoyable. The included breakfast is a definite bonus, and the location, being so close to the main square, couldn't be better. The one major drawback is the additional daily fee for parking. I'd highly recommend it and will remember this hotel for my next trip to Ostrava.

We stopped in Hotel Ruby Blue for one night. We are 2 adults and a small dog. Good bonus that’s dogs are allowed in premises. We had a bit of problem finding the parking due to the navigation, and young man in reception helped us a lot and went outside to meet us and show the parking spot. We got room in the 4th floor, it was clean, spacious, has TV, minibar,conditioner, as well what interesting the earplugs in case it’s loud. The hotel situated in the city center, surrounded by lots of bars and cafes. It could get loud on weekends, but we did not hear the loudness from the streets. The breakfast was included in our pay, it has variable breads options as well as gluten free, typical bacon, fried eggs, scrambles and sausages as well. Cold foods like cheeses and different meat, fruits and sweets. Coffee was not tasty, so a bit of disappointment. Overall, price quality is good, I recommend to stay in it if you visiting Ostrava

I recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Good location. In the city center. Close to Karolina shopping mall. Bus 104 to zoo each 10 minutes on weekends.

Great hotel in a great location. The service was nice and helpful. Very good breakfasts - an additional plus for vegetarian products.

We spent 1 night in the hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It can be quite interesting when you fly in, since the hotel is not equipped with air conditioning and there are many night clubs all around. We were in winter so it didn't bother us.

Horrible hostel that was not next to the hotel. I don't understand what 4 stars is??? It's impossible to sleep. It's a pity that no one wrote in the review on booking that this place was next to the disco. I advise against it with all my heart. I'm coming back from skiing. I really need sleep. None of this....
I don't understand people who write positive reviews about this place. I'm trying to fall asleep in the bathtub. The beats from the disco downstairs can be heard throughout the room.
What should I pay for???? Too nervous???? What kind of fraud is this???????????? There is no limit to noise and music. It's 7.30 and still the same!

A comfortable hotel directly on Stodolní. We had a business room with a mini fridge and safe. A bathtub in the bathroom. Netflix included. Breakfast rather average. Nice and helpful receptionist

Noisy place on weekends, unfortunately. Residents of rooms with windows overlooking the street will be able to listen all night long to the conversations and singing of patrons of very close bars and pubs who can admirably recount adventures from their lives while standing in the cold for several hours in one place.

Pěkný hotel na Stodolní. Moc dobré snídaně a bezchybný personál včetně managementu. Pomohou se vším a nic pro ně není problém. Kolem spoustu barů, pokud se chcete bavit. Výborná dostupnost z nádraží a dobré spojení i k dalším zajímavostech ve městě.

Snídaně super, rezervace na poslední chvíli takže nebyla k dispozici manželská postel, koupelna pro tělesně postižené, nemusí všem vyhovovat. Recepce velmi vstřícná.

Opět děkujeme za skvělý servis a rychlou zprávu z recepce, že se zde uvolnil pokoj pro nás po náročné cestě. V Ostravě bychom i tak zůstali, i když v jiném hotelu. Tento hotel se pro nás stal příjemným zázemím na pracovních cestách. Moc rádi se sem pokaždé pravidelně vracíme. K předchozím komentářům bych ráda dodala, že když si vybírám lokalitu Stodolní- musím počítat s hlukem z ulice. To je jednoduché řešení- zavřít okno a pustit si klimatizaci 🙂 I já člověk, který miluje klid a ticho takovou hudbu z ulice pomine oproti tomu, jak se k vám chová personál Ruby Blue. Děkujeme a brzy se vrátíme. Však vy to i myslím víte :))))

This hotel offers 3 stars comfort, not 4. However quiet rooms, good beds. Bathroom could use an update. Price/quality ok. In the city center. Good tram connection (line 1-2) to main train station.

Quite ok hotel. Little bit old fashioned but you have everything what you need. Very big rooms. Mini bar. Huge safe where you could lock a dwarf inside. Located in an area full of pubs and bars so if you have a windows facing a Main Street it might be very loud in the night. Check out at 12 which is unusual so you can have a proper sleep before leaving the place. Breakfast is a nice surprise as well. Big selection and tasty enough!

A nice place in a good location. The receptionists spoke many languages and were very nice. We spent 1 night there and we had breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety of things to eat. The hotel has wheelcair access, the elevator and the rooms are adapted for people with disabilities, that is a plus for me.
